New Client Information

Many pets are uneasy in new situations, so we ask that you restrain your pet in the hospital. All pets should be on leash, or in a carrier for the safety and well being of your pet and others. If you suspect your pet has a contagious disease, please check with the receptionist before admittance.

Scheduling An Appointment
Please schedule appointments in advance for prompt and efficient service. If you prefer a particular doctor, request him or her when the appointment is scheduled. And remember, a phone call is always appreciated if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. Pets will be seen in the following order:

  1. EMERGENCY
  2. BY APPOINTMENT
  3. DROP-IN

We do make a serious attempt to see every client as scheduled, but like humans, pets do not synchronize their illnesses with an appointment book. Surgical procedures may also take longer than planned. If you are confronted with an occasional appointment delay, be assured it was unavoidable. We know your time is valuable.

New Client Form
As a new client, we will need some basic information about you and your pet. The link above will open a printable copy of our New Client Form which you may print and fill out at your convenience in the comfort of your own home. Please bring this form with you to the hospital on the day of your pet's appointment. If you prefer, you may fill out this form at the hospital when you arrive.

We hope you'll choose Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital for all your veterinary care. As a special welcome, we'd like to offer you a $10.00 certificate to apply toward your pet's first examination.
