Medications
The medication refill form is for the convenience of our clients that have previously been given a medication by one of our veterinarians. The prescribing veterinarian will review the request, and you will be contacted if it cannot be filled for any reason. Please allow 48 hours for your pet's prescription to be ready for pick-up and payment.

Federal and State laws as well as good medical practice prohibit us from dispensing prescription medications without prior examination of your animal, and current knowledge of your animal's health.

Federal and State laws and good medical practice prohibit us from dispensing or refilling medications that were originally ordered by another veterinarian. We will be happy to dispense any needed medications after examining your animal.

Foods
Please allow 48 hours for food orders to be ready for pick-up and payment. Also, please understand that some foods are special order items and will be ready for pick-up approximately 7 to 10 days from the order date. In the event that the food you are ordering is one of these special order items, a member of our staff will notify you by phone as to when it will be available.
